Use of service

AI360Layer provides AI business consulting, data integration, dashboards, daily briefs, alerts and AI-assisted recommendations for companies. By using the service, you agree to provide accurate information and use the service in compliance with applicable laws.

Project scope

Commercial terms, deliverables, milestones, fees, timelines and acceptance criteria may be defined in a separate proposal, order form or statement of work. In case of conflict, the specific written project agreement takes precedence over these general terms.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, magic links and authorized user access. You must ensure that only authorized personnel access the client portal or connected systems.

Customer data and permissions

You retain ownership of your data. You grant AI360Layer permission to process it solely to provide the contracted services, including connecting tools, synchronizing data, generating analysis and producing recommendations.

You confirm that you have the right to provide or authorize access to the systems and data connected to AI360Layer.

AI outputs and business decisions

AI360Layer provides decision support, not automatic business execution. AI-generated insights, alerts and recommendations should be reviewed by the customer before operational, commercial, legal, financial or strategic decisions are implemented.

Any references to observed business improvements are examples of potential outcomes and are not guarantees of future performance.

Fees and payment

Fees, retainers, milestone payments and billing terms are agreed separately in writing. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable according to the terms stated on the invoice or project agreement.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, upload malicious content or process data for which you do not have appropriate rights or legal basis.

Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Both parties agree to protect confidential information with reasonable care and use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the applicable project agreement. We may suspend access for misuse, non-payment, security risk or violation of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI360Layer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data or business opportunities. Any liability limits agreed in a specific project agreement apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
